You can submit a ticket with the users email address to our support system at bloxdigital.com/support, or if you are an admin yourself, you can go in the menu to User Accounts, create the new account as 'admin' type. Then edit the user and under the 'groups' tab, check the 'Administrator' if you want to grant them full permission, or select another existing user group with narrower permissions as preferred.

Joe, thank you for this information. I've completed the actions but need to assign a password and send that to the individual. How do I go about creating a password, temporary or permanent?

Normally for new admins we recommend they follow the 'forgot password' flow. However, if you want to set a password, you can edit the user, then under authentication, "Manage Authentication Methods" then click on 'Password' then the 'Change Password' button at the top. Password requires upper+lowercase, number and symbol.
