Has this been resolved for anyone? We were updating our rate sheet and pulling data today, and I started to look closer and noticed the opens and clicks being identical which makes zero sense. Our open rates are also down to the 3-4% range for most of our newsletters. But some of our one-offs or new ones seem to be more typical. Is it a template issue?
