Read Only issue in InDesign

I am looking for other sites that have troubleshooted InDesign showing files as Read Only or prompting a "can't save" message. We are two weeks into these issues and have not been able to identify the source of the issue. If you've dealt with this, please let me know what you did to resolve it. We are drowning over here.

We've also had this issue in Bakersfield, using InDesign 2014. Our solution is to Save As to the Desktop, then go in to the Blox folder for that day, move the offending page to the Backup folder, then reopen the page from our Desktop and save it back to the Blox folder. Just a workaround, I know, but it prevents us from losing data on deadline.
