Interface options with InDesign
When I set my interface preferences in InDesign, I like to go with the dark version, as it's easier on my eyes. However, whenever I open a document from the BLOX Total CMS Asset Manager, it automatically reverts back to the pale gray default color when the page opens. Is there a way to make my InDesign preferences stick when I open A BLOX document?

Unfortunately, no. The issue is that the BLOX Total CMS Asset Manager is constructed with Adobe's ExtendScript and uses Adobe's ScriptUI components for all User Interface elements (like the Asset Manager and all other BLOX Total CMS dialogs). Unfortunately, Adobe created that before they allowed the user to change the Adobe InDesign user interface color, and Adobe never patched ScriptUI.
BLOX Digital is, however, actively rewriting the BLOX Total CMS client as a plug-in using technology that Adobe is still developing. And for that update, we not only allow users to pick any of the four background colors, but also actively change our user interface to your selected color choice, including the dark version.
