Updated Story Notifications

A co-worker mentioned that it'd be nice for logged-in readers to be able to mark a story so that they receive notifications if and when that story is updated. I guess by email.

It would be great to have a simple checkbox for logged in users to subscribe to story updates and comments or additional comments after they leave one.

FYI, users can currently sign up to receive email updates when new comments are posted to a story (click here for documentation).
