Normally for new admins we recommend they follow the 'forgot password' flow. However, if you want to set a password, you can edit the user, then under authentication, "Manage Authentication Methods" then click on 'Password' then the 'Change Password' button at the top. Password requires upper+lowercase, number and symbol.

You can submit a ticket with the users email address to our support system at bloxdigital.com/support, or if you are an admin yourself, you can go in the menu to User Accounts, create the new account as 'admin' type. Then edit the user and under the 'groups' tab, check the 'Administrator' if you want to grant them full permission, or select another existing user group with narrower permissions as preferred.

You can enter html into a table cell.

So you would wrap you 'bold' entry with <b>entry</b> and that would show as bold on the front end. any regular html tagging is retained on the cell data.

Jesus,

Forms is the outlier here. We don't have webhooks or an API endpoint for forms (at this time). However, if you considered using contributed content instead of forms, then the content would come in directly as editorial assets from the user dashboard.

With our new NXT Admin, we do offer MCP integration so that you can use your AI of choice to create content within Blox. For now it requires you to be part of our beta program to get access to those features. If you are interested, reach out to your account rep.

Bill are you talking about in the admin or in front-end search results?

If Admin, it depends on if you are using NXT or Legacy:

In Legacy in Editorial Assets, hover over one of the columns along the top, like Title. On the right side of the column header you'll see a dropdown arrow appear. click that and you'll see a list of columns available. You can also click on a column and drag reorder it.

In NXT, hover in the header area and you'll see 3 vertical dots on the right of the column header. Click that and then 'manage columns'.

By default we attempt to process the payment 15 times over a period of several weeks while the account is in grace before it is cancelled.

Accidentally deleted the response.

In Legacy Blox (the blue UI) there is currently not a way to do this. When you download an asset you get the full asset with all meta-data (headline, caption, tags, etc), which is a "bpm" file. To get the image itself, you need to open the preview of the image then right-click and save as. The format you will get will depend on your browser. Most modern browsers will request a webp from us. You can convert that with photoshop to another format if needed.

In NXT there is a download button, and there is a feature request to add this same functionality into Legacy UI as well, with a default of JPG format.

Thanks,
