We had a few different issues associated with this release and some edge cases, so we're working on rolling it back for now.

Hi Lindy!

By default, BLOX CMS will use the first child image as the preview of an article. So, if you're adding teaser images for assets that are already children, you probably don't have to do that! Just make sure that the child image you want is at the top of your list of assets, and BLOX will do the work for you.

If you are talking about using teaser images for articles that don't have photos, we have a feature for that coming out in a few weeks! It will allow you to set multiple photos per section, and it will randomly use a default photo when you don't have any available in the article.

Hi there!

I assume you're trying to get a high res version from the system. In this case, I would go find the asset within the BLOX CMS asset management interface, and then go to the "other" tab to see information about the high res image.

From this screen, you can click to "view" the high res version, which will then open in a new window. From here, you can right-click and download it.

We only utilize web-optimized images on the front end of the website, so getting the high res is not available unless going through the admin.
