Thanks Christine, I'll pass this on to our template access guy next week.

I'd also like to see some other more advanced functionality in the search pane. For example:
Right now if I run a search and under Sections check boxes for both news and education I get all results that fall into either section. What I really need is the ability to toggle the behavior to only show me results that fall into BOTH Sections.

Yep, the very bottom of this form has it:

The Terms section is simply an empty Fieldset with the name and description filled out.

I could see something like this being very helpful. Especially if it would allow us to segregate administrative access between those who can post/edit announcements and those that can post/edit editorial content like articles.
I'd love to see a "Text" or "HTML" block available for forms. We sometimes have to get creative finding spots in other form assets to include default text, we've been using empty Fieldsets to do this by leveraging the title and description areas.
Thanks Christine.
Of course a cost for individual papers to purchase a certificate would be required, but I would honestly find it disappointing if TownNews charged very much for implementing it.
I've got no problem dropping support for IE 6 and 7. Only 0.3% of our traffic for the past month was on those two browsers and frankly anything we can do to make people upgrade to something more secure is fine by me!

The new Subscription Rule Profiles are a HUGE step up from the old way of doing things. We fit the use cases presented (multiple services controlling the same URLS, quickly dropping the paywall for a hurricane, etc.) almost exactly.
My only complaint is that when editing an existing Rule Profile, when you click to Add another URL that requires a subscription, the resulting dialog box doesn’t have anything checked.
It would be much more user friendly if the box pre-populated checkmarks for URLs you have already added as requiring a subscription under this specific rule profile. This would make it much easier to review your entire Rule Profile setup and make sure you have it completed as desired.

We're definitely interested in MediaSpan integration as well Christine.
Great to hear Christine. I'm looking forward to the URL groups, right now it is tedious when we need to change a section from in front of or behind the paywall, so many clicks!
If there is a way to direct readers to a hidden service via a URL I'd be happy to play around with it and see if it will solve our issue in the meantime.

Good idea David. While the User Dashboard is an alternative for some things, this would be great for forms that are directed at people who most likely do not have a user account on the site. It could increase response by lowering the barrier to entry.
