Folks, we have a software release going out monday that will remove the file links from Form submission receipts. This will effectively remove the use of forms as a shadow File Storage system. This should hopefully reduce this issue. There will be some additional functionality coming for removing things in the admin, but that is pending further development.

The issue with Captchas or putting forms behind user login is that these are actually real people, so they can answer those captchas.

While we don't have an integrated notification system, we do fire webhook events during assets save, and in the new few weeks will be adding support for triggering webhooks when an asset changes workflow process.

We have some customers who use tools like Zapier to consume the webhooks and trigger an email or similar. If you have access to a basic developer, the would also be able to create a system to listen to them.

Tyler, yes this is still available (though probably a bit out of date considering it was 2015) on our TownNews.com site.

Jake,

I've created a ticket on your behalf to research this issue. The ticket number is 913116. You don't appear to be a contact in the system, so I assigned it to Pam Mathes. Updates will be made through that ticket.

Can you provide any more information about this? If you could submit a support ticket or provide your domain we can look into the issue. Speaking at the platform level, we have not done anything that should impact image quality downstream. When these types of issues crop up, they are generally related to an image being resized heavily by CSS instead of being generated at the necessary size by our image proxy system.

So if you could either submit a ticket and reference this community post, or reply with your domain name and an example that would be awesome!

Thanks,

Skye, your ticket had to do with a customization you had for a page title text macro that was bleeding thru to some javascript functions. We've made the change to fix this for your site.

Thanks! This is great feedback that I'll take to the product team.

Can you provide an example and/or reference to give more color to this? We run accessibility WCAG 2.1 audits regularly and this hasn't been an issue in the past, but we want to be as accessible as possible. Adding new fields to the output may be an issue, but if you're just wanting to use the caption field instead of title, that would be a simple macro change for your site.

Elizabeth,

Can you talk more about what you're wanting? There is an existing alt text property that put in the image title. Are you wanting to be able to change that without changing the image title?

Example from your site today, main image has alt="Why run for School Board? Past board members, superintendents weigh in."

The macro that outputs the image using the image title

alt="[% oImage.title | truncate(256,'...') | html; %]"

Thanks,
