What if we converted the site map to a navigation panel? That way, new links would not be added automatically, but it would be very easy to add them if desired. You'd have to add new ones any time you created them... but that seems to be what you desire. =)

This is actually on our subscription road map. Our next version of subscription offers "rule profiles" where you can create a group of URLs and assign them to services as a package (much easier!). After that, the next version is slated to have "promo pricing" for subscription.
Currently, it may be possible to sign users up for a hidden, free service. However, transitioning them to another paid service would not happen automatically.

By default, BLOX signup is as minimal as possible to reduce roadblocks for users trying to sign up. But, as you have found out, we can make any fields required if desired. =)

We do not support polls on our "Standard Mobile" product because it is pretty much meant to be old-school mobile, WAP compliant, meant for old feature phones and so forth. A very minimal design with little to no Javascript, no Flash and very few images.
Our new mobile product, Touch 5, does support polls:

Hi Jason! That is not currently available. You could do something a bit more manual, like a Photoshop macro, and then upload an unmarked one for MyCapture, but nothing automated.
We also can disable right clicking and/or save to desktop via a JavaScript - but of course, you could always do a screen shot.
