Purchasing a different package is indeed possible when you have an active service. A Customer service ticket was resolved on the issue. There was apparently some miscommunication with the subscriber.

Reducing friction as part of purchase workflow is something that we are focused on going forward. We do indeed have plans for workflow options to include registering as part of purchase. Keep an eye out for announcements early next year. There are changes coming!

We have a feature request in to add this to our paywall software. I don't have a timeline for it as of yet, but there is a workaround in the interim. Please start a ticket with our customer support folks and they will be able to help you.

Since this was a question asked so long ago I am sure that our Customer Services folks had answered this as there was no follow up to the question. Since this was posted though we have stopped accepting Credit card information on PGP encrypted forms as part of our PCI compliance strategy.

You can update credit card info as part of the renewal process in BLOX. This is available to the user from the User dashboard Subscription menu by clicking manage your Subscriptions.

Thanks for the feedback! There are a couple things that I can help you with here.

1. The grey at the top of the page looks to be a result of some custom CSS you have on your site on the main container. Our Customer Services staff would be happy to help you with that.They can be reached at 800-293-9576.

2. We do have a setting available to hide the arrows for those accessing on devices with small screens. It is available from the Gear icon.

3. Our focus with this redesign was to streamline the UX for those on mobile as much as possible. I too considered adding those there. We appreciate your feedback and will consider that moving forward.

I don't have an concrete estimate for when this will be available. We are working on it though and I will let you all know as soon I have more to report.

   We have had some other emergency issues that have pushed this back a bit. It does look like development can resume on it as soon as next week. I am hoping to get this feature out by the end of July.

BLOX Forms was designed with minimalist function in mind with regard to purchase capability. A review page is not currently part of that. I will look into this and report back here.
