We're looking into it. At first I was pretty skeptical but if we can use our own analytics and ads like they say I can see some benefit.
Wow. That's exactly what I'm talking about. I'd like to see Zen get that feature!
I never knew about FLEX's heart icon. Does it work like a "like" system where users can read articles they've liked in the past?
Another person called with this problem. It says they are under the word limit but when they try to submit it they get the error. I had to tell them to just email it to us. Still, it's embarrassing when we don't know what they can do to submit the form.
I could understand that from the standpoint of national ads but I think that would alienate local advertisers who want their ads in front of all the website's visitors.
We had another call today about this. He said in this instance he didn't copy and paste the text in, he wrote it in the text field. Is there something that causes this?
Thanks! That answered my question!
But what if I want it to reach the number of impressions as quickly as possible and not spread the impressions around day by day until the end date? For example if I set it to 5 impressions(for simplicity sake) and want it to reach the impression limit as soon as possible it will be over in about 10 seconds. But it seems like BLOX wants to stretch the impressions out so if I set the end date to five days it will only show one impression each day. Is that right? And if so, how do I get it to for the impressions as quickly as it can deliver them?
"the order of the segments can be changed in the BLOX e-Edition admin so that the smaller one is after the larger one"
Would this be in each e-edition or is it a change we can make for all future e-editions? If you're talking about the "Segments" tab of an e-edition page I know that's the way to do it manually for each e-edition. If not, where do we make this change?

Have there been any updates with this? I still find myself wanting to hit shift+enter to hard return one line rather than hitting enter and getting a double spaced line. Single spaced lines just look better for things like addresses. For instance this looks better...
than this...
Double spaced lines look great for normal copy but there are times it doesn't look good. And it's a hassle to go into the HTML and set up a div if I could just hit shift+enter.
